The Minds Behind Symmetry

Taylor
Taylor founded Symmetry in 2018 after 15 years in the investment business. He was stressed out and burnt out, and he knew he couldn’t keep going at a frantic pace. He now helps busy professionals manage stress and boost performance through breathwork and wellness practices. As an XPT master coach and Certified Breath Science Practitioner, he teaches proven techniques for better performance, energy, and stress management. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter and two dogs.

Lauren
After spending nearly two decades in the fast-paced fashion industry and as a mother of two, Lauren understands firsthand the challenges of learning to manage stress in demanding environments. A certified XPT breathwork coach, 500-Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and certified Pilates instructor, she empowers people to take control of their lives with practical strategies for stress management, better sleep, healthy movement and mindful living. Lauren is also a TEDxMemphis speaker.
